BREAD-ELAICHI GULAB JAMUN
Hi all, I am NAS PARVEEN,today I am gonna present a simple dessert ,bread-elaichi gulab jamun
INGRIDIENTS:
- Bread: 4-5 slices
- Milk: As per requirment
- Cardamom:3-4 nos
- Sugar: ½ cup
- Water: ½ cup
- Oil: 3-4 tspn
PREPERATION:
Cut the sides off the bread
Tear off the bread into small pieces
Pour milk little by little into the bread pieces and knead the bread to make soft and thick dough
Once the dough is ready, roll the dough into small balls
Now heat oil in pan and and fry the bread balls till golden brown
In another pan add sugar and water allow it to boil
Once the sugar mixture starts thickening add crushed cardamom
Put off the flame when the mixture reaches a required consistency(it should not be too thick)
Allow both the balls and mixture to cool down
Once cool,add the balls to the sugar mixture and refrigerate overnight
Your gulab jamun is ready!!! Enjoooy 🙂
