Mango chutney is one of the famous and side food dish in summer all over India. Main hero of the dish is raw mango. Every state has different style of preparing it. I am using Chhattisgarh style of preparing Mango chutney. It is a very simple and easy recipe. We generally eat it with rice but you can have it with pratha , thepla as well. It can be store at fridge for 2-3 days; but I will suggest eat fresh because taste can be change in 2-3 days in fridge.


  1. Raw Mango- 1 nos
  2. Green chilly- 2 nos
  3. Garlic- 3 nos
  4. Coriander Leaves- Few Leaves.
  5. Salt- To taste
  6. Cumin Powder- ¾ tbsp

How to make Chhattisgarh Mango Chutney

  • First peel raw mango and chop into medium pieces. Chop garlic and green chilly in two pieces and chop coriander leaves.

  • Now add all the ingredients in a mixie jar.

  • Now grind it into medium paste. Don’t make it very smooth.

  • Now add some salt and cumin powder.Serve Immediately.
