Hai all, I am vinayasooraj today im going to sharing with you my Grape Coconut Milk Pudding recipe. Its very simple, yummy and tasty recipe. I think its a favorite food for kids. The main ingredient is grape juice and coconut milk.
Grapes contains an excellent source of manganese and a good source of vitamin B6, thiamin, potassium, and vitamin C. Coconuts are highly nutritious and rich in fibre, vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5 and B6 and minerals including iron, selenium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorous.
- Grape juice 1 cup
- Coconut milk 1 cup
- China grass 6 gm
- Sugar 1/2cup
- Water 3/4 cup
1 Soak chinagrass in water for 15 minutes.
2 Heat a sauce pan add water. Melt the soaked chinagrass. Mix well when it is completely dissolved.
3 Add sugar and mix well. Now switch off the stove. And make it in to two parts
4 Take half off the chinagrass and add greape juice in to this. Mix well.
5 Pour this into a mold and put in refrigarator for 15 minuts.
6 Now take the other half of chinagrass anf add coconut milk. Mix well.
7 After 15 minutes pour this in the same mold above the greape juice.
8 Again put in the refrigarator for 15 minutes. Our yummy greape coconut milk pudding is ready.
