How To Make Beef Chukka
Ingredients
- Beef – 500gm
- Onion – 2nos
- Tomato – 2
- Green chilly – 3
- Ginger garlic paste – 1tblspn
- Chilly powder – 1tbl spn
- Coriander powder – 1tbl spn
- Turmeric powder – half tspn
- Pepper powder – 1tspn
- Cumin powder – half tspn
- Coconut oil – 2tbl spn
- Dry red chilly – 3
- Curry leaves – 2 Salt to taste
Step by Step instructions to Make Beef Chukka
- Cut beef to in a small pieces
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker add onions and ginger garlic paste
- Add chilly powder and coriander powder
- Add turmeric powder and pepper powder
- Add Cumin’s powder mix and saut one minute
- Add tomato pieces sliced green chilly and salt saute until mashed well
- Add cubed beef pieces mix well
- Close with a lid and Cook on high flame for six whistle after Cook on low flame for another 5 minutes
- Heat oil in a pan add dry red chilly and Curry leaves
- Add the cooked beef in to it and Cook on high flame until all the water content in it gets absorbed
- Stir for another 10 – 15 minutes until thickness the beef gets a Nice dark color
