Crab omelette is quick and easy dish to prepare. This dish is made from beaten eggs with crab meat and cooked in oil. Omelette is a healthy and delicious dish that you can serve for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I cooking omelette as I can use leftover meat, ham or veggies to make a complete meal.
My crab omelette is very easy to follow and quick to prepare that you can have it ready in less than 30 minutes. By the way, omelette is referred to as “torta” in my country and we make omelette with different ingredients. There is an omelette with ground pork, ham and cheese, veggies and ham as well. The best thing about omelette is you can combine whatever ingredients you want with your beaten eggs.
Crab omelette is quick and easy dish to cook. The crabmeat and eggs are just combined and poured in the crab shell then cook. If you want to simplify your crabmeat omelette you can just pour the egg and crabmeat mixture in the pan. Take note, it is fine to experiment when it comes to omelette. So, don’t be afraid to mix and matched ingredients as long dish taste good then you are doing fine.

Crab Omelette Recipe
Ingredients:
- Crab meat
- 3 pieces eggs
- 1 small onion
- Green onions
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
- Cooking oil
Direction:
Cook the crab. Once cooked take out the meat. Set aside.
In a small bowl, crack eggs and whisk. Add the crab meat, green onions and onions then season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Prepare the crab shell and pour the eggs into them. Put small amount of butter on each crab omelette.
In a skillet or frying pan, heat oil over low heat. Put the crab omelette into the pan to cook. Tilt the pan a bit to get tablespoon of oil then pour on top of the omelette to cook faster. Remove from heat and place in a serving plate.
Serve with rice or bread. Enjoy!
