Chicken clear soup
Soup is an important dish of every meal. Soup can be a comfort food as it is delicious, it is easy to make. With only a few ingredients, one can make a bowl of hearty soup for a cold evening. Many restaurants offer a verity of soup on the menu.

Ingredients for making Chicken clear soup
- Chicken stock 2 ½ cup
- Onion chopped 2 tablespoon
- Capsicum chopped 1 table spoon
- Carrot sliced 2 tablespoon
- Celery sticks chopped ½ table spoon
- Born less chicken pieces cooked 1/4 cup
- Egg white 1 egg
- Corn syrup ¼ cup
- Salt to taste
Method
Chop all 2 to 6 ingredients and keep it aside.
In a pot pour chicken stocks and allow it to boil, put in low flame and cook for 2 minutes.
Add chopped vegetables like chopped onion, capsicum, celery sticks, sliced carrots, chicken pieces and salt to taste. Allow it to cook for 3 minutes in low flame.
Pour corn flour syrup and mix well very well.
Add ½ teaspoon pepper powder in it, mix well.
Finally add egg white and mix well, switch of the flame.
Chicken clear soup
