Hyderabadi biriyani is a dum biriyani recipe in Hyderabadi or south Indian style made by using eggs. this biriyani is popular in India. This egg dum biriyani is very easy to prepare. You just follow my recipe, also you can adjust the spices as per your taste.

- Boiled eggs 3 nos
- Cooked rice 300gm (1 cup)
- Onion 3 nos
- Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ table spoon
- Turmeric powder 1 table spoon
- Red chilli powder 2 table spoon
- Coriander powder ¾ tab;e spoon
- Cumin powder ½ table spoon
- Garam masala ½ table spoon
- Biriyani masala ½ table spoon
- Curd 2 table spoon
- Water ¼ cup
- Coriander leaves ½ cup chopped
- Fried onion ½ cup
- Cashew ¼ cup
- Oil 3 table spoon
- Salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan adds turmeric powder and red chili powder. Add boid eggs that cut in to 2 pieces and fry both sides. Then remove it, keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan adds sliced onion and salt mix well.
Close the lid and cook for 1 minute in low flame.Then add ginger and garlic paste, sauté well.
Add 5 to 9 masalas. Mix well until the raw smell appears from the masala.
Add 2 table spoon curd in it, mix well. Then add water in to this, allow it to boil.
Once the water starts boiling add the fried eggs in it. Mix well for a minute.
Add cooked rice over it. Then add fried onions, cashew and coriander leave.
Here I am adding very little of yellow food color. Close the lid and again cook for 2 minutes in low flame.
Open the lid and mix well. Mix care fully, other wise the eggs are broken.
The tasty and simple Hiderabadi egg biriyani is ready to serve.
