Today  I am Sharing Evening Tea Snack in  Kerala. It’s  very tasty yummy and healthy. The important snack in

kerala  South Indian Recipe. It is  Sweet as have used  lots of Banana piece  and  Snack should be fine. Very tasty and

healthy Recipe  So  we  try  it  very  easy  and  tasty please  try  it. The  Key for a  tasty banana appam is to be ripe

banana it has to be ripe and  sweet. So give this a try and let  me know how it turn  out for  you. Let’s  Step  by  Step

Sweet  Banana  pazham pori  Simple  Recipe..


Preparation Time : 10 mins
Frying Time : 2 mins per batch
Serves : 4 to 5
Banana – 2
Wheat Flour – 3/4 cup
Rice  Flour – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 2 tsp
Coconut Milk –  1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder / Elakai podi – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder- a pinch
Salt -a pinch
Oil for Deep Frying
Now peel some ripe bananas and cut them into thick rounds.
Take sugar,salt and coconut milk in a bowl, mix well so the sugar is melted. Add in flour,cardamom powder,turmeric powder and make it into a smooth thick batter.
Dip it into the batter.
Heat oil for deep frying till into golden.
Transfer  in to  a  Serving plate  Garnish (kiwi & Cherry)  and Serve immediatly.
