  4. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon

  2. Curry leaves 1 spring
  3. Green chili 1 or 2
  4. Ginger, garlic chopped 1 table spoon

 Method

Clean and wash the prawns, here I am taking the head part also.

Drain the prawns, then put it in a bowl.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt to taste. Combine well, keep it aside for 15 minutes (this is optional).

Heat oil in a pan, add marinated prawns in it. Close with a lid and cook for 2 minutes in medium flame.

Open the lid and just sauté it. Then cook again 2 minutes. The prawns cook with its own water, no need to add water.

Once the water completely evaporate, at that stage the prawns cooked well. Remove it from the stove.

Heat oil in another frying pan; add curry leaves, green chili, ginger and garlic chopped. Fry for 1 minute.

Add cooked prawns in it and fry it for 2 minutes.
