PRAWN ROAST Kerala Prawn Fry

Hi all, i am shemeena abbas todays recipe is prawns roast. This is one of the easiest prawns recipe. This dish was really nice and spicy.chemeen roast mein 1

In this recipe you can adjust the spices and oil as per your taste. I hope all are enjoy my prawns Roast recipe. kerala-chemeen-roast

ingredients:-

  1. prawns – 500 gm
  2. oil – 2 tbspn
  3. cornflour – 2 tb spn
  4. kashmiri chili powder – 1 tb spn
  5. turmeric powder – 1 tspn
  6. pepper powder – 1 tspn
  7. cumin powder – half tspn
  8. onion – 1
  9. Ginger garlic – 1 tb spn
  10. red chili powder – 1 tb spn
  11. turmeric  powder – half tspn
  12. coriander powder – 1 tb spn
  13. pepper powder – 1 t spn
  14. tomato – 2
  15. green chili – 3
  16. lemon – 1
  17. curry leaves – 1
  18. salt to test

How to make prawns roast :-

  1. In a bowl add prawns, then add 2 to 6 ingredients in it. Mix well, marinate for 15 minutes.chemeen roast stp 1
  2. Heat oil in a pan, half fry the marinated prawns. In the same pan add chopped onion, curry leaves and salt, stir well.chemeen roast stp 2chemeen roast stp 3
  3. Then add ginger, garlic paste mix for the raw smell of the paste leaves.now add red chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder mix well.             chemeen roast stp 4chemeen roast stp 5
  4. Then add pepper powder , chopped tomato and green chili in it. Mix it well.When the tomatoes are cooked then add fried prawns in it.                                              chemeen roast stp 6chemeen roast stp 8
  5.  fry for 5 minutes in low flame.Then add add 1 table spoon lime juice in it. chemeen roast stp 9
