Egg omelet is one of the quick, easy and healthy breakfast recipes. It’s a simple recipe by using very little of ingredients. You can customize these to your liking. When you are making egg omelet in oven just grease baking tin. You could use muffins / cup cake liners.
Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high quality protein. The whites are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper. Egg yolks contain more calories and fat. There are lots of different types of egg available; the most commonly raised are chicken eggs.
1. Egg 4 nos
2. Carrot chopped 1 small size
3. Tomato chopped 1 small size
4. Onion ½ pieces chopped
5. Green chili 1
6. Pepper powder ¼ table spoon
7. Salt to taste
8. Butter or ghee for greasing baking tin
First crack 4 eggs in a large bowl.
Then add black pepper powder, salt to taste and beat it well. Beat eggs with using a spoon or hand beater.
Add finely chopped carrot, green chilli, tomato and onions.
Beat it again well. You can add 3 table spoon milk or water in to the egg mixture. Then keep it aside.
Grease a baking tin with butter and pour egg mixture in it.
Put in to the preheated oven 180 degree, for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Take baking tin out of the oven and keep it aside.
Now serve egg omelet is a breakfast
